The MSVS is ably guided by a Board of Trustees (BOT), which includes:

Mrs. Uma Suresh Prabhu: Chairperson
Ms. Prabhu, B.Sc., BJ, MBA, has been a journalist for the past 30 years and has worked for several leading publications including The Times of India, where she worked as a senior Reporter, Editor of Education Times and then as Consulting Editor (Education) for the Times Group. Ms. Prabhu was also the Chief Editor of Popular Prakashan, a leading publishing house, and Editor DNA ACADEMY. Ms. Prabhu taught Media Management to PG students at the Goa Institute of Management, and also at the National Institute of Event management. Presently, she is the Chairperson of Jana Shikshan Sansthan Sindhudurg, a vocational training institute, Union Ministry of HRD, Department of Adult Education, and is also on the Executive Committee of National Literacy Mission, Government of India.

Dr Sharad Sawant:
Dr. Sawant, Ph.D. (Economics), has served as the Director of the Maharashtra Institute for Labor Studies, Government of Maharashtra for several years. He was the Honorary Chair Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Senior Research Fellow with the Indian Council of Social Science Research. He has worked on various bodies like the State Planning Board and International Labor Organization (ILO). Presently, Dr. Sawant is an Advisor and Trustee of the Ambekar Institute for Labour Studies. As a seasoned and published academician, Dr. Sawant has focused on research, teaching and training in labour, industry and development both within India and abroad. He has authored ten books on issues of importance to labour and the industry and recently conducted studies on Impact assessment of the Solidarity Support Organizations’ work for Indian trade unions, Evaluation of the National Child Labour Project of the Government of India, Living Wages– Movement and Labour rights in people management.

Dr Sarwottam Thakur:
Dr. Thakur, Ph.D. (Computers, General Management), has worked as Professor of Mathematics in India and USA. He has been a visiting faculty at the Bajaj Institute of Management. He has held top executive positions at IBM and Raymond Woollen Mills Ltd, and has been the founder member and then hon. secretary of the Computer Society of India. Dr. Thakur has worked as personal secretary to Acharya Vinoba Bhave during his Bhoodan Padyatra and also to Loknayak Jaiprakash Narain.

Mahesh Aras:
Mr. Aras, CA, LLB, is Chief Operating Officer, JP Morgan India. He was the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, The Chase Manhattan Bank, India, and up till recently, he was the Chairperson of NKGSB Co-operative Bank Ltd.

Shashikant Anavkar:
Mr. Anavkar was the Principal of the Shivaji English School, Pandur Titha, Kudal Tehsil, district Sindhudurg. Mr. Anavkar is a well-known social worker, and has served as the Sarpanch (Head, Local Self Government) of village Anav for 22 consecutive years.

Sanjay Hegde:
Mr Hegde, CA, was Executive Director with the Global Capital Market Group (GCMG) at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Pvt. Ltd, world's largest accounting and consulting firm. He has worked with PWC London for two years, and as a partner in charge he has handled Glaxowellcome Group, Phillips Group, and Johnson and Johnson to name a few. Presently, he is active in the non profit space and is one of the founder member of "Aami Goykar", an organization set up to unite Goans mainly living outside Goa, and help them discharge social responsibilities. Hegde is also one of the promoters of an NGO Seva Sahyog Foundation, a Public Charitable Trust.

Mr. N. S. N. Counto (alias Anil Counto )
Mr. N.S.N. Counto, is a Civil engineer by training. He is a well known entrepreneur and owns Alcon Enterprises, one of Goa's largest business conglomerates. His business interests range from construction and real estate to hospitality, manufacturing, trading, servicing, exports and electronics. Today Alcon Constructions is renowned for its quality construction and is known to 'build homes, not just houses'. Mr. Counto is also an active social worker.

Mr. Shashishekhar M. Gavai
Former Indian High Commissioner to Canada, Mr. Shashikant Gavai has graduated in History from Fergusson College, Pune. He joined the Indian Foreign Service (lFS) in 1975 and has served in key assignments in India and abroad. In the Ministry of External Affairs, Mr. Gavai has headed SAARC, Northern and Administration Divisions. He has also served as India’s Chief of Protocol where he was responsible for organizing official visits abroad by the President and Prime Minister as well as incoming visits by foreign Heads of State and Government. He has had postings in Yugoslavia, Hungary, Zimbabwe, Indonesia, Germany, UK (as Consul General in Edinburgh), Maldives (as High Commissioner) and U.S. (as Consul General in Houston).

Dr. Jyotsna Bapat,
Dr. Bapat, Ph.D. (Anthropology, Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT, Mumbai) has been faculty, Department of Sociology, University of Mumbai, and also Rural Energy Research, IGIDR, Mumbai. She has been a Research Officer, TISS, Mumbai, a consultant in the areas of Industry, infra structure, power plant, conservation, and R&R, projects. She was a visiting Fellow, Agrarian Studies Program, Yale University, researching on "Safe Drinking Water Act and dialectics of environmental legislation in U.S.A." She was also a Fellow at TERI, New Delhi, resource person, UN Country Program, solution Exchange: Community of Practice Water Sector, New Delhi; Member Corporate Core group for National Disaster Management Authority, Since September 2006-2009. Dr. Bapat was also a Fulbright Scholar and has published several papers and articles in her field of expertise.

Dr. Anil Nerurkar,
A MD ( Mumbai University), Dr. Nerurkar was awarded a gold medal in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1972. He went to England in 1974 and completed his M.R.C.O.G (Member of Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynecology) in 1976. In 1978 he completed his F.A.C.O.G(Fellow of American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology). He joined Vasundhara Organization Science on wheels program in District Sindhudurg Maharashtra. In 2010 he started the Anti Tobacco Campaign for youth of Sindhudurg District.

Dr. Rajeev Gurunath Redkar,
After completing his M.B.B.S (Bombay), Dr. Redkar also completed his FRCS Part III (Paediatrics Surgery) in 1998. Presently, he is working as Consultant Paediatric Surgeon at Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Bandra, Mumbai.

Mr. Vibhakar Mohile
Mr. Mohile is a consultant and a noted social worker.

Mr. Ameya Prabhu
Mr. Ameya Prabhu is the Managing Director of NAFA Capital. He is a Bsc in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick and a MSc in Financial Management from the IE Business School in Spain. He is the current Chairman of the Western Region of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and was formerly the Chairman of the Young Leaders Forum of the Indian Merchants Chamber. He is also on the Board of Miracle Foot Foundation, Advisory Board of Climate Group and the Chairman South Asia of the Global Alliance for Small and Medium Enterprises. He brings in his financial knowledge and capital raising capabilities and assists MSVS in raising donations and grants. He handles alliances and relationships with corporate partners and institutions to further the work of MSVS in the skill development field. He is also an author with his maiden book, published during December 2020.

Ms. Aditi Sawant
Ms. Aditi Sawant, FCA, DISA is practicing Chartered Accountant since 2002. Her areas of expertise are Accounts, Finance, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Audits. Her clientele includes Private Companies, Government companies, Firms, Banks, Trusts, Charitable and Educational institutions besides few renowned individuals. She is also Director in Apna Sahakari Bank Ltd since 2005. She was appointed as State Level Task Force of Women Members Empowerment Committee of ICAI for the Council Year 2015-16. She is also engaged in upliftment of Tribal in National Park, Mumbai.
